Nightingales Medical Trust believes in transparency, accountability and integrity. The financial transactions and records are maintained using Tally ERP 9.0, keeping with the accounting policies and principles suggested by the ICAI guidelines for NGOs.

All our projects accounts are maintained systematically through predefined SOPs and monitored from the accounts department at the main office. This is supplemented with regular visits by senior managers, who also conduct a physical verification of assets.

Finances are managed by way of:

  • Consolidation of the individual project accounts
  • Periodic MIS reports to the management
  • Monthly review meetings
  • Quarterly financial review by the Board of Trustees

On a day-to-day basis, the co-founders oversee the accounting transactions to ensure compliance.

The accounts of the trust are audited by a qualified auditor appointed by the Board of Trustees.
